Delete a Feelings Wheel Studio account

The Android app currently works without an account, and production sign-in may be unavailable. If you previously created or used a Feelings Wheel Studio account, you can request deletion without reinstalling the app.

Submit a request

Email the address used for the account, state that you want the Feelings Wheel Studio account deleted, and send the request from that same address when possible. Support may request limited verification to prevent deletion of another person's account.

What is deleted

• The account identity and authentication records that are not required for security or legal compliance.
• Public marketplace collection identifiers and other data associated with the account.
• Other server data identified as belonging to that account, subject to the disclosed retention exceptions.

What stays on your device

Deleting an account does not automatically remove encrypted check-ins or other local app data. Delete saved check-ins from Journal, clear app data in Android settings, or uninstall the app to remove local data.

Retention exceptions

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Any retained information remains limited to that purpose and is removed when the reason for retention ends.
